Title Submission & Material Release

Authority and Rights

I confirm that I own or control the submitted materials, or am authorized to act for the rights holder. I have authority to submit this title and grant the limited review permissions described below.

I confirm that the submitted materials do not knowingly infringe another party’s rights. I will disclose existing distribution agreements, exclusive commitments, territory restrictions, license windows, and other limitations affecting the title.

Before publication, I will provide evidence reasonably requested by Moonroof+ of the rights and permissions necessary for the agreed use, including applicable music, footage, artwork, performer, and other third-party clearances.

Permission to Review

I grant Moonroof+ and its authorized service providers a nonexclusive permission to receive, securely store, make necessary technical copies of, and privately screen the submitted materials solely to evaluate the title and process my submission.

This release does not authorize public streaming, public promotional use, sale, or distribution of the title.

Ownership and Compensation

Ownership remains with the applicable rights holder. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, licensing, publication, payment, or earnings.

No compensation is owed solely for submitting materials for evaluation. This does not waive compensation or revenue participation provided under an executed title license or other applicable agreement.

Any submission fee covers the stated review service and does not purchase or transfer ownership of the title.

Independent Materials

I understand that Moonroof+ may receive or independently develop materials with similar themes, subjects, or ideas. Similarity alone does not establish unauthorized use. This acknowledgment does not permit infringement or misuse of my submitted materials.

Submission alone does not create a fiduciary relationship or a separate confidentiality agreement.

Publication and Platform Authorization

Public exhibition requires a separate title license identifying the authorized platforms, territories, license period, permitted viewing models, promotional permissions, and compensation terms.

Submission to Moonroof+ does not automatically authorize VOW Network or TehutiTV to exhibit the title.

Accuracy and Acceptance

I confirm that the information provided for this title is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I will promptly notify Moonroof+ of any rights dispute, restriction, or change affecting the submission.
