Submission and account paths
Moonroof+ accepts projects for editorial consideration and offers a separate Creator Pro path when available. Editorial consideration has no submission fee. The currently advertised Creator Pro price is $49 per month, subject to a separate authorized checkout and its disclosed terms. Paying for a creator account does not guarantee publication, licensing, promotion, revenue, or a particular audience. Viewer subscriptions and creator services are separate offers.
Your ownership and authority
You retain ownership of your work. You must own or have permission to provide everything submitted, including video, scripts, music, footage, artwork, trademarks, likenesses, and promotional materials. Obtain necessary contributor, performer, location, and music clearances, including permissions involving minors. Supply accurate credits, ratings, runtime, release details, rights territories and dates, and documentary rights evidence when requested. Do not submit another party’s confidential materials without permission.
Limited permission for review
By submitting a project, you give Moonroof Entertainment a limited, nonexclusive permission to receive, securely store, copy for technical evaluation, and show the material to authorized reviewers for editorial, rights, and technical review. This review permission does not transfer ownership or authorize public streaming, sale, sublicensing, or use in general marketing. Public distribution or promotional rights must be covered by your separately accepted publishing terms or a signed distribution agreement.
Approval and publishing
We may request edits, clearances, technical corrections, or additional documents; we may decline or remove work that is unapproved, unavailable, infringing, unlawful, misleading, or technically unsuitable. Submission alone is not approval. Publication requires confirmed rights, editorial and technical readiness, and the applicable agreement. Keep your own master files and backups. Do not upload malware or material you are not entitled to share.
Shared masters across platforms
Authorized shared-library workflows may reuse an identical verified video master and associated artwork across Moonroof+, VOW Network, and TehutiTV to avoid duplicate storage. Permission to use a master on one platform does not grant distribution rights on another. Each destination needs approved rights evidence and its own listing approval. A metadata resemblance alone does not establish that two works are the same. Removing one listing does not automatically erase a master still used by another authorized listing; contact us about rights revocation or deletion requests.
Revenue and reporting
There is no implied licensing fee, royalty, revenue-share percentage, payout date, minimum audience, or guaranteed placement. Any payment, exclusivity, territory, term, reporting obligation, expense deduction, promotional use, and termination right must be stated in a separate agreement. Estimated audience figures or sample screens are not promises of actual performance. Tax and payment information may be required before an authorized payout.
Confidentiality, withdrawal, and disputes
Mark confidential materials clearly and avoid supplying unnecessary sensitive personal data. We limit review access to authorized people, but you should not assume an unsolicited submission creates a separate nondisclosure agreement. Request withdrawal or report a rights dispute at moonroofent@gmail.com. We may retain records needed for rights evidence, disputes, security, or legal obligations. Executed distribution agreements control rights already granted and any withdrawal procedure.
Other terms
