Moonroof+ and its programming are intended for audiences aged 16 and older. Account holders must affirm that they are at least 16; viewers under 18 need parent or guardian approval. Some titles carry higher age ratings. The platform’s minimum age does not make every title suitable for every viewer. Review the title rating and warnings and respect higher age restrictions.
Before you press play
Title ratings and content advisories appear on the viewing confirmation screen. Programming may contain strong language, violence, sexual themes, substance use, disturbing images, flashing lights, extreme sports, or dangerous stunts. Specific advisories depend on the title; a missing or incomplete advisory is not a guarantee that content is suitable or free of risk. Stop watching if content causes discomfort. Parents and guardians should review programming and supervise minors.
Xtreme, sports, and dangerous activities: do not attempt
Do not attempt, imitate, or recreate dangerous activities, stunts, extreme sports, challenges, or demonstrations shown on Moonroof+. Our programming is entertainment, not training, safety advice, or encouragement to take risks. Depicted activities can cause serious injury, death, or property damage.
Performers may be trained, conditions may be controlled, and safety equipment, supervision, editing, or effects may not be visible. Never assume an activity is safe because you saw it on screen. Moonroof+ does not recommend that audiences try anything dangerous depicted in its titles, Xtreme channels, live events, advertising, or creator uploads.
Limits of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonroof Entertainment and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim liability for injury, death, property damage, or other losses caused by a viewer’s independent decision to attempt or imitate depicted activities. This notice does not exclude obligations or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, including applicable protections relating to fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other nonexcludable conduct.
