1. Who we are and who can join
Moonroof+ is a streaming platform operated by Moonroof Entertainment, a 1977 Enterprise Company. These terms govern use of moonrooftv.com and its installable web app. The platform and its programming are intended for audiences aged 16 and older. You must confirm that you are at least 16 to create an account. If you are under 18 or below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your account and these terms. Paid purchases must be authorized by an adult entitled to use the payment method. Some titles have higher age ratings; account eligibility does not make every title suitable for you.
When you create an account, you affirmatively accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Creators also have the Creator Terms.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, confirm your email, and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Notify us if your account is compromised. Do not impersonate another person, share access outside your permitted plan, or buy, sell, or transfer an account without our approval. We may restrict or suspend accounts for misuse, security concerns, rights violations, or unpaid authorized charges; you can contact us to contest an error.
3. Choose your viewer subscription
You choose Free, Essential, or Premium during signup. No subscription option is preselected. Free is $0. The currently advertised Essential price is $7.99 per month and Premium is $13.99 per month, before any taxes disclosed at checkout. Plan features, title availability, device limits, stream limits, and quality are subject to the offer presented when you enroll. 4K requires compatible content, equipment, and connectivity.
Promotional access is free through November 26, 2026. Paid enrollment is scheduled to open November 27, 2026. Choosing Essential or Premium during this period saves your preference. It does not activate a paid subscription, authorize a payment, reserve a guaranteed price, or automatically convert your account when the promotion ends. You must separately complete checkout and accept the displayed billing terms. A Free account remains free unless you authorize a paid purchase. Future promotional offers will disclose their own dates and conditions.
4. Payments, renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Before any paid enrollment, review the amount, currency, taxes, billing frequency, start date, and renewal terms shown at checkout. A saved plan preference or account signup is not consent to recurring billing. A paid subscription renews only under recurring-payment terms you separately authorize. We use a payment provider; do not send payment-card details to support.
To cancel an active paid subscription, use any cancellation control made available in your billing account or contact moonroofent@gmail.com from the account email. State that you want to cancel and identify the account; you do not need to provide a reason. We will stop future renewals once cancellation is processed and confirm the effective date. Access normally continues through the paid period unless a refund or other resolution changes that date. A cancellation request does not create a new fee. Mandatory local cancellation and refund rights remain in effect.
For duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect, or disputed charges, contact us promptly. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the disclosed offer, and the circumstances of the charge. These terms do not waive statutory refund rights. Price or material billing changes will be communicated before they apply, with cancellation available before the changed charge. Test-mode transactions are not production subscriptions.
5. Streaming and permitted use
We grant you limited, personal, nonexclusive access to available content for private, noncommercial viewing under your account’s entitlement. You do not acquire ownership of titles. Do not record, redistribute, resell, publicly exhibit, scrape, bypass payment or territorial restrictions, remove rights notices, interfere with the service, or circumvent content protection. Downloads or offline video playback are permitted only when expressly offered; installing the web app does not download the catalog.
6. Content and availability
Titles, live events, advertising, languages, territories, and features may change with rights and availability. A promotional image or listing does not guarantee that a title is currently playable. Live schedules may change. Streaming depends on your internet service and device; third-party connectivity charges are your responsibility. We may interrupt service for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every advertised quality level is available for every title.
7. Acceptable conduct and submissions
Do not submit unlawful, abusive, exploitative, discriminatory, infringing, or misleading material, expose private information without authority, distribute malware, or attack the platform. Submitted projects are governed by the Creator Terms and any separately signed distribution agreement. Report rights concerns through our Copyright page.
Content warnings and dangerous activities
Programming may include strong language, violence, sexual themes, substance use, disturbing images, flashing lights, extreme sports, stunts, and other dangerous activities. Review the title’s rating and advisories before watching. A 16+ platform designation is a minimum audience requirement, not a promise that every title is appropriate for every viewer aged 16 or older. Higher title-specific restrictions still apply. Parents and guardians should supervise viewing by minors.
Xtreme channels, extreme sports, stunts, and dangerous demonstrations are presented for entertainment, not as instructions or an invitation to participate. Do not attempt, imitate, or recreate anything dangerous you see on Moonroof+. Scenes may involve trained performers, controlled conditions, editing, and safety measures that are not visible. No depiction, advertisement, creator statement, or omission of a warning should be understood as Moonroof+ encouraging unsafe conduct. See our Content & Safety guidance.
8. Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without promises beyond these terms and your paid offer. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moonroof Entertainment and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers disclaim liability for injuries, death, property damage, or other losses arising from a viewer’s independent decision to attempt or imitate depicted activities, and for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service. Depictions and opinions are not professional advice or a guarantee of safety. These limitations apply only where lawful; they are not a blanket release from all responsibility. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including responsibility that applicable law imposes for fraud, gross negligence, or other nonexcludable conduct. Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your right to an appropriate court or regulator.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform develops. We will post the effective date and provide notice of material changes through the service or account email.
