Account and email confirmation
Choose a viewer plan when you create your account, then open the confirmation link sent to your email. Check spam or promotions if it has not arrived. Use “Resend confirmation email” from the signup confirmation screen or the account sign-in screen. Never share your password. Signup requires an explicit Free, Essential, or Premium choice. Promotional access is free through November 26, 2026. Essential and Premium choices are saved preferences; they do not activate paid access or schedule a charge. Paid enrollment is scheduled for November 27, 2026 and requires a separate checkout. Current payment testing uses Square Sandbox; test transactions are not live subscriptions.
For cancellation, a charge concern, or a refund request, contact moonroofent@gmail.com. Include the account email and relevant date or receipt identifier, never full card details. See Terms of Use for billing conditions.
Playback, titles, and saved lists
Sign in and use a stable connection with an updated browser. A title must be published and have playable media; a display example is not a guaranteed stream. Quality depends on the source, device, connection, and entitlement. For playback issues, send the title URL, device/browser, approximate time, and error message to moonroofent@gmail.com. Your list and viewing history are available in your account.
Save Moonroof+ to your home screen
On iPhone or iPad, open moonrooftv.com in Safari, tap Share, choose Add to Home Screen, and confirm. On a supported Android or desktop browser, use its install option when available. Availability depends on the browser and device. Installed and browser views use the same account. The offline screen does not enable offline video playback.
Creators, rights, and privacy
Review Creator Terms before submitting a project. Send submission questions to moonroofent@gmail.com. Report unauthorized use through Copyright & Rights Reports. For access, correction, deletion, or other data requests, read the Privacy Policy and email moonroofent@gmail.com.

If a page, control, or title is difficult to use, tell us what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology involved, and the page URL. Caption and audio options vary by title. Contact moonroofent@gmail.com. We will review the issue and discuss available assistance.
